Whether it's business, ministry, or family, I believe God has anointed His people to be successful in every area, but many lack the knowledge and understanding of how to be a successful leader.

I have spent over 20 years of my life devoted to learning leadership skills through the Word of God and those who have trained me.  In 2020 when I became the Senior Pastor of Abundant Life Church, I took these principles and applied them immediately to build a team around me.  In a time where most churches and businesses declined, we expanded from 180 people to 450 people in just over two years.  Leadership makes a difference!  And one of the great passions in my heart is to impart these leadership qualities to others, helping them become the strong, equipped, and zealous leaders that God has anointed them to be.
